Job summary

OrthoMed Anesthesia in Addison, TX, seeks a Clinical Programs Manager to lead relationships with national anesthesia education programs, coordinating rotations and early-career pipelines. You will engage students, residents, and program stakeholders, turning prospects into recruitment opportunities for our clinical teams.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Recruiting, travel nationally as needed, and help build a high-touch candidate experience while representing the OrthoMed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, HR, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in university relations, campus recruiting, clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, program management, or related field.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with academic and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, event planning, written communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage national clinical anesthesia programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate clinical rotations, affiliation agreements, and rotation opportunities with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with students and residents; represent OrthoMed Anesthesia at conferences, career fairs, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create program campaigns, collateral, and events; track engagement and outcomes.
