Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States seeks a Construction Management Lead – Clinics to oversee nationwide clinic projects, including new developments, relocations, and renovations, focusing on speed, cost efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of GC, PMs and vendors, collaborate with Design, Real Estate, Facilities, IT and Care Delivery, and report to the Head of US Clinic Real Estate & Corporate Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED preferred.
• 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction project execution for US clinics, including new developments, relocations, and renovations.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Oversee and manage general contractors, project managers, and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Establish and enforce construction standards, processes, and governance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Design & Space Planning, Real Estate Transactions, Facilities, Clinical Operations, IT, and Corporate Security teams.
• Serve as a key partner to Care Delivery leadership to align construction with business priorities.
