Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Facility Administrator to manage the daily dialysis clinic operations, partnering with the Medical Director and the Charge Nurse to ensure high-quality patient care and compliant clinical practice.

This leadership role offers a path to Director of Operations and senior leadership, with responsibilities spanning staff development, cost control, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with HR, Quality, and Technical Services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare facility operations experience.
• Experience coordinating with Medical Director and nursing staff.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Technical Services.
• Manage Home Therapies Program with Home Therapies Manager.
• Ensure accurate records, audits, and compliance.
• Oversee clinic finances and inventory; perform monthly P&L reviews.
• Coordinate reporting and state or federal surveys.
