Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily operations and deliver quality patient care in our dialysis facility. You will partner with the Medical Director and nurse leadership to implement care plans and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role centers on facility leadership, staff development, and cost-effective operations while ensuring safety and high standards.

Mansioni

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Collaborates with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with all data collections and auditing activities.
• Accountable for completion of the Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding.
• Responsible for all required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.
• Manages the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs.
