Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Corporate Security Lead for US Clinics to steer security strategy across the U.S. dialysis clinic and vascular center portfolio. You will protect patients, staff, and assets, manage incidents, and drive risk mitigation in partnership with the CoE and cross-functional teams.

Requires 10+ years in corporate security, healthcare experience preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. CPP/PSP/CISSP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or related field.
• Healthcare or multi-site environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive security strategy for US clinics.
• Oversee physical security systems and third-party vendors.
• Lead incident response and crisis management across US clinics.
• Perform regular risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security Center of Excellence to standardize practices.
• Serve as the primary security advisor to Care Delivery leadership and report on security posture.
