Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States seeks a Clinical Manager to lead daily facility operations and ensure high-quality patient care for dialysis patients. You will guide a collaborative team, manage staff, and coordinate the Home Therapies Program with a focus on safety and outcomes.

You will work with the Medical Director and other leaders to uphold CQI/QAPI standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive performance against budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Collaborates with Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees the facility’s Home Therapies Program.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with data collections and auditing activities.
• Manages the profit and loss and other financial aspects for the center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring cost-effective operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge and ensure continuity of care.
• Market available services through presentations to physicians and dialysis facilities.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to support high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and other leaders to drive CQI/QAPI improvements.
