Qualifications

• RN licensure current in state.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinic operations: costs, processes, staffing, quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Partners with HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees Home Therapies Program and ensures proper integration.
• Maintains medical and operations records and audits data.
