Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. (AE2S) seeks a Civil Practice Leader to guide the national civil practice across the United States, shaping strategy, expanding capabilities, and developing leaders to serve municipalities, developers, industries, and communities.

You will lead strategy, drive growth, mentor staff, and collaborate with operations, client development, and strategy teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of site civil/municipal engineering experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience managing teams or initiatives.
• Proven track record of technical excellence.
• Ability to travel periodically for conferences, pursuits, client meetings, and BD activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the national strategy for AE2S' Civil Practice.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across civil projects.
• Anticipate and operationalize emerging trends in the civil practice.
• Represent AE2S as a recognized voice in the industry through client advisory roles and conferences.
• Support major pursuits and provide technical leadership in business development.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff across offices.
