Job summary

Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Practice Leader to guide AE2S’s nationwide civil engineering portfolio. You will set strategy, expand capabilities across states, and elevate project delivery while mentoring engineers and leading cross-office initiatives.

This role requires a PE license, 10+ years of site civil experience, and a track record of client relationships. Expect travel for conferences, pursuits, and client meetings as AE2S grows its national

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or obtainable within 6 months.
• 10+ years of experience in site civil or municipal engineering.
• 2 years of leadership experience leading teams, initiatives, or practice areas.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients, the public, and other employees.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, project pursuits, client meetings, and other business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the national vision for the civil engineering practice.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across civil projects.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices.
• Represent AE2S in client advisory roles, conferences, and professional engagements.
