Qualifications

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois.
• Proven sales experience within PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or related industrial products.
• Experience managing and developing independent manufacturer's representative agencies or rep networks.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales channels and selling through representative agencies into contractors.
• Demonstrated success growing sales territories, developing new markets, and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience supporting sales into contractor, industrial, commercial, manufacturing, energy, or related markets.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and manage rep agencies across multiple US territories.
• Established relationships with manufacturer's representatives, contractors, or industrial sales channels preferred.
• Proven ability to drive new business through channel partners and grow existing accounts.
• Experience in a Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Channel Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Regional Sales Directory role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, commercial awareness, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the United States.
• Manage, support, and develop a nationwide network of independent manufacturer's representative agencies.
• Drive sales through rep agencies, with a strong focus on contractors and project-based customers.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new rep agencies to strengthen national market coverage.
• Build strong relationships with agency principals, sales representatives, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Support rep agencies with product knowledge, sales strategies, customer development, and project opportunities.
• Drive sales growth across PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or related industrial products.
• Monitor rep agency performance, establish sales targets, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Develop a strong national pipeline of prospective customers, contractor relationships, and projects.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Travel nationally to meet representative agencies, support customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
