Verto People Ltd. is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager to drive new compressed-air business across industrial and manufacturing customers in Chicago and surrounding areas.

The role also focuses on growing existing accounts and delivering engineered air solutions. You will work remotely, with travel across the region as needed, and will receive full product training, a competitive base salary, and benefits package including bonus, mileage, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales / Territory Sales / Account Management or Business Development in engineering.
• Proven track record in both new business development and key account management with engineered products.
• Experience selling technical engineered products, industrial equipment or machinery is essential.
• Background in compressors, pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics or related rotating equipment is advantageous.
• Compressed-air sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full product training provided. Driving travel across the region.

Responsabilités

• Generate new compressed-air business across industrial and manufacturing customers.
• Manage, develop and grow existing compressed-air end-user accounts.
• Sell industrial compressors, dryers, filtration, vacuum pumps and blowers.
• Drive new compressed air business through prospecting, customer visits and negotiations.
• Work with engineering and service teams to deliver compressed-air solutions.
• Fully remote, covering Chicago and surrounding areas.
