Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background check acceptable and Missouri Gaming License required.
• Uniform, slip-resistant shoes and professional appearance.
• 3–5 years casino/hotel, customer service, sales or account management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct mail, email, and telemarketing programs with NCM and Air initiatives.
• Develop and maintain coded player blocks.
• Prospect new business and manage VIP relationships.
• Support check cashing processes for new and inactive customers.
• Communicate programs and services clearly to stakeholders and teams.
• Make comping decisions on rooms, meals, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Deliver warm, professional guest experiences and drive program profitability.
