Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience using an enterprise-wide CRM to track bid and sales activity.
• Knowledge of general construction and related technical sales preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, estimates and design documents and translate into sales bids.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new territory sales focused on Veritas Steel growth.
• Identify bridge project opportunities and bid with estimators and contractors.
• Collaborate with engineers, DOTs, and general contractors to define steel needs.
• Coordinate communications between the company and contractors during bidding.
• Develop prospecting lists and schedule appointments nationwide.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive sales outcomes.
• Support strategic marketing and internal/external communications.
• Utilize Salesforce to track awards, bids, and market status.
• Coordinate handoff to project management after award.
