• Experience selling to senior decision-makers in multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to articulate winning strategies and teach others.

• Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with national multi-location brands.
• Lead discovery and early-stage sales conversations with senior decision-makers in real estate, construction, facilities, and brand roles.
• Manage and refine CRM, LinkedIn, and email outreach as part of daily workflow.
• Partner with senior leadership on larger opportunities and proposals.
• Document effective approaches to build a future playbook for the team.
• Represent Urban Sign Group professionally at every client touchpoint.
