Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton is seeking a Business Development Specialist to increase brand awareness and drive sales within its territory. You will be comfortable meeting new people, have strong communication skills, and be motivated by meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities include educating clients on brand benefits, building relationships with contacts in the sales territory, and contributing to revenue through strategic marketing activities and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with contacts in sales territory via daily marketing calls.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track lead activity.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for the assigned territory.
• Respond to fire calls within the territory and contribute to sales goals.
• Increase territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals.
