Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the Benefits Group. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic decisions for national client engagements.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights that enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency, while supporting growth and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in analytics or related field
• Experience leading data analytics and client consultations
• Ability to interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities on a national scale
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations and renewal negotiations
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits for client meetings
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefit teams, and clients to drive decisions
• Maintain analytics methodologies and best practices to improve results
• Support technology optimization and data governance initiatives
