Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across IOA Benefits Group. You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights for underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and client decisions.

This full‑time remote role supports candidates in the Eastern Time Zone and Florida, with occasional on‑site work in Longwood, FL when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools.
• Experience with data-driven financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative solution development.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group on a national scale.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data.
• Provide data-driven insights for underwriting, renewals, and negotiations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Account Teams.
• Support sales with analytical input for renewals and business development.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and promote best practices.
