Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed in the posting.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools.
• Ability to interpret experience rating, claim costs, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and consultative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics activities including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Provide underwriting support and funding analyses to inform decisions.
• Deliver data-driven client insights to support risk assessment and performance.
• Partner with Producers and Benefits teams for renewals and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex data clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Analyze trends and benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client objectives and communicate findings.
• Share knowledge and provide analytical guidance to team members.
