Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics initiatives on a national scale. You will gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data to inform client strategies and negotiations.

You will partner with senior consultants, producers, and teams to deliver insights, support renewals, and drive business growth while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Data analytics & interpretation of underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data for client strategy
• Support underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing and funding analyses
• Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations communicating complex information
