Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the benefits group on a national scale. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, funding analyses and strategic decision‑making.

The role partners with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers and Benefits teams to deliver insights using analytics, technology, and industry expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities including collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation.
• Provide underwriting support and develop recommendations for carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
