Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead nationwide data analytics, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for client consultations.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights that support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decision-making.

• Strong analytical and consultative skills.
• Experience with underwriting, funding arrangements, and pricing methods.
• Proven ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Underwriting Support: Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Client Consulting: Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Sales Support: Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation Development: Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Analytics Process Management: Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.
• Technology Optimization: Utilize analytics, reporting, and BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze trends and financial metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Implement improvements for efficiency, reporting accuracy, and analytics capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior consultants, producers, account teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to support client objectives.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication of findings and recommendations.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and support team development through knowledge sharing.
