Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service manager, service director, or fixed ops manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the automotive service department.
• Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive service department sales, profitability, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs including labor gross, hours per RO, and CSI.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and CSI performance.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and repair order processes.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and retention.
• Collaborate with parts and sales departments to maximize performance.
