Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking an experienced automotive business consultant to analyze member shops and recommend improvements based on ATI's best practices. You will coach, consult, and mentor shop owners to achieve profitable and efficient operations through our 48-month program.

Responsibilities include listening to owners, communicating improvements via phone/Zoom/email, reviewing financials, drafting new business models, and presenting actionable recommendations with a results‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Ten years in automotive with strong service writing, shop management, operations or ownership.
• Operations management experience in aftermarket chains.
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong automotive business understanding.
• Ability to influence via telephone and videoconferencing.
• Four+ years teaching and mentoring small business owners or employees.
• Experience with monthly goals and people development.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Marketing and online/social media experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Listen to shop owners to help turn their shop profitable and efficient.
• Communicate improvements via phone, Zoom and email for understanding.
• Review financial statements, evaluate competitors and analyze practices.
• Develop new business models or prepare recommendations and present them.
• Mentor clients to help them achieve business goals.
• Guide clients through the 48‑month reengineering program and alumni.
• Attend ATI meetings and participate in company events.
