Job summary

Driven Brands, through its ATI program, seeks an experienced consultant to analyze independent repair shop practices and deliver actionable improvements. You will coach owners via phone and video, guide them through ATI’s 48-month reengineering program, and mentor teams to build profitable, efficient businesses.

Applicants should have 10+ years in automotive services, strong coaching/mentoring skills, and the ability to influence owners to adopt major changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years overall automotive experience with a strong focus in service writing, shop management, operations management, or ownership.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and communication skills with proven ability to influence clients remotely.
• Experience teaching and mentoring small business owners or employees for 4+ years.
• Solid automotive business understanding and ability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to recruit and retain high quality employees and present business changes persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze members' shop practices and recommend improvements based on ATI best practices.
• Coach, consult and mentor members to achieve business goals through ATI programs.
• Review financial statements, analyze business practices and present new business models.
• Maintain regular client contact and ensure class attendance and progress in programs.
• Participate in ATI meetings, events and industry activities as required.
