Driven Brands The Automotive Training Institute (ATI) is seeking an experienced coach/consultant to analyze automotive shops and drive profitable improvements through ATI’s best practices and mentoring programs. You will guide members through building blocks that create profitable businesses via a 48-month reengineering program and active alumni initiatives.

Responsibilities include listening to shop owners, delivering coaching via phone/Zoom, reviewing financials, and presenting actionable

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years automotive experience with a focus in service writing, shop management, operations management, or ownership.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching, instructing, and mentoring small business owners or employees, with a clear understanding of the challenges facing independent shop owners.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills; ability to influence and drive business changes via phone or videoconferencing.

Aufgaben

• Listen to shop owners to help them turn their shop into a profitable and efficient business.
• Communicate needs via phone, Zoom and email to drive improvements.
• Review financial statements, evaluate competitors and analyze business practices.
• Develop new business models or recommendations and present them to the client.
• Coach clients to achieve goals and ROI while maintaining CSI and satisfaction targets.
• Manage calendar and ATI program participation; attend meetings and events.
