Job summary

CARFAX is seeking a National Account Manager to build relationships at the corporate level with top dealer groups and to drive new business opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.

Travel is required within the region; you will analyze performance data, respond to client needs with exceptional service, and shape account planning to create value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive account management experience.
• Proven ability to develop relationships at the corporate level within top dealer groups.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and cross-functional coordination.
• Willingness to travel within the region and accommodate field visits.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships at all corporate levels of influence within the assigned customer base (President, CFO, COO, VP Marketing, CTO, E-commerce).
• Cultivate new business development opportunities.
• Coordinate all client interactions across internal and customer-facing teams.
• Review and analyze customer performance data and metrics.
• Manage all phases of onboarding: implementation, deliverables, training.
• Respond rapidly to customer needs and provide exceptional levels of service.
