Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead nationwide data analytics initiatives. The role partners with senior consultants and benefits teams to drive underwriting support, renewal analyses, and strategic client decisions using analytics, BI tools, and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools.
• Experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics activities on a national scale, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that clearly communicate complex information.
