Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead nationwide analytics, support underwriting decisions, and consult clients on data-driven strategies. The role collaborates with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to deliver insights that inform renewal negotiations and funding analyses.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of analytics experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong data interpretation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/finance/economics/statistics/mathematics/actuarial science or related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for underwriting, claims, and financial data.
• Experience in data-driven client consulting and presenting findings to varied audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build dashboards and exhibits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data for client strategy.
• Provide underwriting support and recommendations for pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks and performance.
• Offer analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
