Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead and support data analytics nationwide. You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultant, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights for underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and client decisions.

You will leverage analytics, BI tools, and market knowledge to improve client outcomes, drive growth, and promote operational excellence across IOA's Employee Benefits group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment.
• Experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights for client strategies and renewal discussions.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
