Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics initiatives nationwide from a remote setting. You will gather, interpret, and report underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategies and negotiations.

You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights, support renewals, and drive business growth. Strong analytical skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics initiatives for IOA Benefits Group.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
