The ideal candidate will leverage analytics, technology, and industry knowledge to drive growth, improve client outcomes, and promote operational excellence while collaborating with account teams and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data analytics: gather, interpret underwriting, claims, financial and benefits data.
• Underwriting support: develop recommendations for pricing, negotiations and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks and performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies and reporting standards.
• Evaluate tools to optimize analytics and client outcomes.
• Analyze trends and benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication of findings and recommendations.
• Provide analytical guidance and knowledge sharing for the team.
• Stay current on underwriting methodologies and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Uphold IOA values in all interactions.
