This remote role collaborates with the Benefits and Underwriting teams to deliver data-driven insights for renewals, pricing, and client decisions. You will gather and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data, create dashboards and presentations, and support strategic growth while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision‑making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
