Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant to lead data analytics activities for its Benefits Group on a national scale. You will collect, analyze, interpret, and report data to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic decisions.

Collaborating with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams, you will deliver insights, build dashboards, and improve analytics standards while leveraging BI tools for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business/finance/math-related field.
• Experience with underwriting, manual rating, and funding analysis.
• Ability to perform data-driven financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to translate complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national data analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Provide underwriting support and funding analysis recommendations.
• Deliver data-driven insights for renewals, pricing, and strategy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and carriers.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and reporting standards.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance client outcomes and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
