Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the Benefits Group on a national scope. You will gather, interpret, and present underwriting, claims, and financial data to inform client strategy and renewal negotiations.

You will partner with senior consultants, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights, develop dashboards, and support practical decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science) or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with underwriting data, pricing, and funding analyses is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with client-facing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data visualization basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics on a national scale.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data for client strategy.
• Provide client insights to inform underwriting, renewal negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams, and account teams on analytics needs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits that clearly communicate findings.
