• 5-7 years experience in analytics within employee benefits or related area.
• Ability to translate complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights for renewals, pricing, and funding analyses.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultant, Producers, and account teams.
