Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities on a national scale.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and client decision-making.
• Deliver analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
