Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics for client engagements on a national scale. The role partners with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights for underwriting evaluations, renewals, and funding analyses.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of analytics experience, strong data interpretation skills, and proficiency with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, financial and benefits data to inform client decisions.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support renewals, negotiations, and strategy.
• Create reports and dashboards communicating complex information clearly.
