Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant to lead analytics across the Benefits group on a national scale. The role emphasizes data collection, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation to inform underwriting, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver insights that improve client outcomes, optimize performance, and support growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Data analytics & interpretation of underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Underwriting support: evaluate data and develop recommendations for pricing, negotiations, and funding.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
