You will collect, analyze, interpret, and present insights to support underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance/economics/statistics/math or actuarial field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding, healthcare pricing, and risk assessment.
• Experience with data-driven financial analysis and rating concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group.
• Gather, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, financial data.
• Support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform client decisions.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, proposals, and growth initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating findings.
• Develop analytics methodologies and best practices.
• Evaluate BI tools and optimize analytics processes.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, producers, and account teams.
