Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to drive data analytics on a national scale. You will partner with IOA Benefits Group and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

You will leverage analytics, technology, and industry expertise to promote operational excellence and business growth while ensuring client success and data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business/related field and strong quantitative background.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with client-focused mindset.
Able to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and support national analytics initiatives for Employee Benefits.
Analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data to guide client decisions.
Develop dashboards and financial exhibits for renewals and negotiations.
Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers on insights.
