Job summary

Responsibilities include leading national growth, client engagement at executive levels, and resource planning. The position emphasizes cross‑regional collaboration, workforce planning, and strong leadership to advance service offerings and market differentiation.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management or related field and 17 years applicable experience.
Experience on construction sites or executing program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water preferred.
Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and team leadership preferred.
Experience supporting modern delivery methods and digital transformation initiatives preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and attention to detail.
Ability to work overtime on short notice and collaborate with owners, contractors, engineers and designers.
Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute national growth strategies; lead major pursuits and client engagement.
Collaborate with TSLs and Regional Offices to align resources and growth objectives.
Monitor utilization and drive cross-regional collaboration for efficient delivery.
Build and sustain strategic client relationships and strengthen Burns & McDonnell brand.
Mentor future leaders and support succession planning; invest in new offerings and digital solutions.
