Kuehne+Nagel seeks a National Air Logistics Operational Key Account Manager to act as the primary operational contact for strategic customers across major U.S. markets.

You will drive service delivery, continuous improvement, and strong customer partnerships within a dynamic, global air logistics network. You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Care, Sales, and Management to optimize performance, present KPIs, and support onboarding and new business transitions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of air import/export operations and global supply chain best practices.
• Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and key accounts.

• Manage and grow relationships with strategic Air Logistics customers.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for key accounts and escalation point.
• Build partnerships through regular communication and business reviews.

• Lead customer business reviews and present key performance insights.
