Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a National Air Logistics Operations Optimization Manager to drive transformational initiatives across the U.S. Air Logistics network.

You will lead process improvement, automation, and standardization efforts to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Role can be seated in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas or Atlanta, with up to 50% travel to support reviews and implementations across the national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in Air Logistics operations.
• Proven success leading process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational optimization initiatives across the U.S. Air Logistics network.
• Identify and implement solutions that improve performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Redesign workflows across Customer Care Logistics, Operational Care Centers, Revenue Care Centers, and other operations.
• Drive standardization aligned with global Air Logistics standards.
• Lead automation and digital transformation projects.
• Travel up to 50% to support reviews and implementations across the national network.
• Mentor optimization resources and project teams where applicable.
