Job summary

ETS Workforce Solutions in the United States is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter for National Accounts. This role is in-person with earned Hybrid/Remote potential, offering a $75,000-$110,000+ first-year OTE (base + commission) and full-time employment.

You will source, screen, and place high-volume skilled trades talent across multiple states, launch new hiring programs, build candidate pipelines with AI tools, and manage client relationships remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place high-volume skilled trades across multiple states.
• Launch new hiring programs for national accounts and hit targets.
• Build candidate pipelines using AI sourcing tools, job boards, and social media.
• Manage candidates through outreach, screening, interview prep, placement and retention checks.
• Negotiate pay rates, close placements, and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage client relationships remotely via video, Slack, email, and phone.
• Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships.
• Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for KPIs.
