Job summary

Essel Skilled Trades is seeking a high-performance recruiter to place skilled tradespeople on construction projects nationwide. You will own the full cycle from outreach to placement, building a robust candidate pipeline and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a base salary between $65,000 and $75,000 plus an uncapped commission structure. Bay Area onsite is preferred, with remote considered for proven performers in a recruiting capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Ability to recruit skilled trades nationwide with high volumes.
• Strong phone presence and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Recruit skilled tradespeople for construction projects nationwide.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting calls and outreach.
• Match candidates to opportunities based on experience and location.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Drive onboarding, placement, and successful starts.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data.
• Respond quickly to shifting priorities and schedules.
• Own open orders and placement results.
