Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a national account portfolio focused on physical security delivery, stakeholder communication, and timely execution. You will partner with program leadership, field teams, internal stakeholders, and the client to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction.

You will lead project plans from initiation to completion, manage risks, and drive improvements while keeping schedules and budgets aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of physical security experience, interfacing with contractors and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing professionals for multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and internal teams.
• Experience using MS Project or Smartsheet to maintain project timelines.
• Technical familiarity with enterprise access control and video systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects for the assigned national account.
• Provide regular project communications to internal stakeholders and client contacts.
• Serve as a single point of contact for project and operational issues.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and playbooks.
• Support reviews and reporting on project status and performance.
