Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of physical security experience with contractors and stakeholders.
• Understanding of installation and service elements of operational performance.
• Experience using MS Project or Smartsheet for client reporting timelines.
• Experience managing professionals in complex environments with permitting and union considerations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to lead meetings.
• Technical exposure to enterprise-wide access control and video systems or willing to learn.
• Strong organizational skills to adjust labor for project demands.
• Experience contributing to project status reviews and stakeholder communication.
• PM certification or willingness to pursue certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of national account projects.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients on project issues.
• Provide regular project communications to stakeholders with progress, risks, and timelines.
• Coordinate sequencing, schedules, and scope updates to meet delivery goals.
• Align operational activities with client objectives and maintain standards.
• Ensure proper resource alignment across projects and support field teams.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and resolve risks and delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and scoreboards.
• Support project reviews and implementation improvements.
• Contribute to client QBR efforts and account health.
