Qualifications

• 3–5 years of physical security project leadership, with client stakeholders and field teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects for a national account.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and scope while communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Johnson Controls projects for the national account and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders and client contacts.
• Serve as the single point of contact for project and operational issues.
• Monitor milestones, resources, and timelines to support schedule integrity.
• Align activities with client objectives and Johnson Controls standards.
• Coordinate with field PMs, installation managers, and technicians to execute plans.
• Prepare project documentation, playbooks, and installation guides.
• Lead or participate in meetings with clients and internal partners.
