Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Project Manager, National Accounts to oversee a portfolio of national projects, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver on time and budget. You will manage communications, risks, and escalations, while keeping plans aligned with client objectives and standards.

A strong PM background and security systems exposure are preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and collaborative problem solving, with a competitive salary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of physical security project experience with contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using MS Project or Smartsheet for timelines and reporting.
• PM certification or willingness to pursue it.
• Experience with permitting and union considerations is a plus.
• IT/engineering or power utility sector experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of national account projects.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients on project issues.
• Provide regular project communications to stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Coordinate sequencing, schedule changes, and scope updates.
• Align operations with client objectives and maintain standards and processes.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and support risk resolution.
• Prepare project documentation, playbooks, and scoreboards.
