Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales operations, sales support, order management, or related role.
• Strong attention to pricing and product data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify incoming Home Center orders; serve as the primary contact for internal teams.
• Manage product listings in retailers' vendor portals; set up items and maintain images/details.
• Monitor EDI transactions and resolve data mismatches to prevent delays.
• Communicate price changes to Home Center partners and keep catalogs current.
• Enter and process customer orders and coordinate product returns with teams.
• Initiate chargebacks and match invoices for Finance review.
• Provide delivery updates and be the main liaison between Operations and customers.
• Assist with lead-time analysis to provide accurate timelines.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency across National Accounts.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams.
